Erin graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders. She has also completed additional coursework in early childhood and special education. Erin has been a counselor at Beacon Lodge Camp for the Blind and the Early Learning Center Day Camps. Additionally, she has volunteered at various Deaf camps and has worked one on one with children who have special needs as  Therapeutic Staff Support.

Erin is married and has 2 sons who both attended the ELC. In her free time Erin enjoys gardening, hiking, cooking and hanging out with family and friends.
