Allison Hartnett

Allison graduated from Lock Haven State College with a Special Education Degree. She taught in York City for 10 years prior to Shiloh ELC. Allison has worked at the ELC since 2001.

Allison is married and has 5 daughters who attended the ELC.  She also has 5 granddaughters and 1grandson.
